When will my order arrive?
DUE TO EXTREMELY HIGH DEMAND THIS ITEM IS A PRE-ORDER AND CAN TAKE 1-2 WEEKS TO PROCESS DUE TO PRODUCTION TIMES. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR THE ITEM TO ARRIVE ONCE SHIPPED DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION. WE INSURE YOU THAT
YOU WILL HAVE YOUR ITEM IN A TIMELY MATTER.

Can I get a refund on my order?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be made unless a mistake was made on our part. Any refunds issued will be in the form of credit usable anytime for currently available product or future releases. Only under specific exceptions will refunds be otherwise.
I placed an order but I haven't received any confirmation email yet?
Due to high traffic there will be a delay sometimes in getting confirmation emails. If you entered the wrong email, please email us at email@example.com with your first & last name along with your order number in the subject line and we will resend your confirmation.
When are certain items released?
Majority of our items do not have set release dates. Download our official app which is available for Apple & Android. Also, subscribe to our newsletter at www.lordknowsclo.com. From there you will be able to receive email alerts + app notifications each time we release a product, along with early access to most drops.
My order is lost. Can you help us find it?
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities, once we ship out said order. Please contact USPS or your International Mail Carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.
When should I receive my tracking number?
Tracking Confirmation is sent by email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping Addresses can be edited or changed once your order is placed, as long as you reach out to us at customer service before tracking confirmation has been sent.
